The Habitat Legacy Society is a prestigious group reserved for those generous supporters who have chosen to include a gift to Pheasants Forever (PF) in their will or estate plans. There are many benefits to naming Pheasants Forever in your will, but the benefit which matters most is the impact it will have on future generations. As you move through your estate planning process, please keep in mind that there are many ways to support Pheasants Forever in your will and they range from bequests to gift annuities to gifts from retirement plan assets to gifts of insurance, and each gift supports our important work.

In many cases, leaving your legacy can be as easy as adding the following bequest language to your will: "I, [name], of [city, state ZIP], give, devise and bequeath to Pheasants Forever, Inc. [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for its unrestricted use and purpose."

SOCIETY BENEFITS
Leaving a conservation legacy is the primary benefit of joining the Habitat Legacy Society, but as a way to show our sincere gratitude to Society members Pheasants Forever does provide some additional benefits. The Habitat Legacy Society hosts periodic special events for Society members, and the annual Society meeting is held in conjunction with Pheasant Fest & Quail Classic. We also hold regional events which include estate planning seminars and receptions that are typically held at the Pheasants Forever State meeting near you. Plus, you will receive recognition in our Annual Report, a Habitat Legacy Society Membership plaque for your home or office, and you will begin receiving our "Leave a Legacy E-Newsletter" and "Legacies" newsletter which will provide you with regular Habitat Legacy Society updates and estate planning tips to share with your friends.
